Denis (InnoChan Solutions) administered the iWAM test to my staff and myself early Summer 2011.  All five of us found the resulting report and feedback from Denis to be amazingly accurate and extremely revealing.

On foot of this, Denis met all staff individually, challenging each in different ways and the results were phenomenal even at that early stage.

Now at the end of the process, I can see my staff motivated in ways never experienced before.  Their attitude to their work has changed for the better and their performance as individuals and as a team has also improved hugely.  The test has also validated their strengths.

I cannot say enough about this test and about Denis as facilitator, and have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this process to any employer.
